They're Watching!

One day you'll realize that someone is watching the way you live.

Not because you asked them to.

Not because you have all the answers.

But because the way you carry yourself has quietly become a blueprint for someone else.

The younger girls don't need someone who has it all together. They need someone who loves Jesus enough to keep showing up, even on the days when faith feels costly.

They're watching how you speak about people when they're not in the room.

They're watching how you respond when life doesn't go your way.

They're watching whether your kindness changes depending on who's around.

They're watching whether your life looks the same on Monday as it does on Sunday.

You may never know the moments that shape them.

The conversation after Bible study.

The way you stopped to include the girl standing alone.

The prayer you whispered over someone without making it about yourself.

The apology you gave when you were wrong.

The joy you carried when no one was applauding.

Those are the moments they'll remember.

Influence has never been about having the loudest voice. It's about living a life that quietly points people somewhere greater than yourself.

So live in a way that makes following Jesus look beautiful.

Love deeply.

Choose integrity when no one is watching.

Be quick to encourage and slow to criticize.

Walk with humility, because the girls behind you don't need perfection to follow—they need faithfulness.

Years from now, they probably won't remember every word you said.

But they'll remember how your life made them believe that knowing Jesus was worth it.

And that's the kind of legacy that outlives every title, every accomplishment, and every season.
